IEPF Claims
Complete help claiming back shares and dividends transferred to the Investor Education and Protection Fund.
When a dividend stays unclaimed for seven years in a row, the company must transfer those shares and the unpaid dividends to the Investor Education and Protection Fund (IEPF), a government fund. The good news is that they are not lost. The rightful owner or legal heirs can claim them back. The claim involves an online form, a verification process with the company, and approval by the IEPF Authority. It is detailed work, and we handle it end to end.

- The company told you your shares were transferred to IEPF
- You haven't received dividends for many years
- You are a legal heir claiming IEPF shares of a family member
- Your earlier IEPF claim was rejected or is stuck
Where cases usually get stuck
- Finding out whether and when your shares went to IEPF
- Filing Form IEPF-5 correctly on the MCA portal
- Getting the entitlement letter and verification from the company
- Claims by legal heirs, where transmission documents are also needed
- Name mismatches between old records and current ID proofs
