Service
Unclaimed Shares & Dividends
Trace and recover dividends you never received, and shares that are still sitting unclaimed with the company.
Dividends often go unclaimed because a bank account was closed, an address changed, or a cheque was never cashed. For the first seven years, the unpaid amount stays with the company in an Unpaid Dividend Account, and you can claim it directly. After that, it moves to IEPF. We help you trace what is pending and claim it the right way at the right stage.
This service is for you if…
- You stopped receiving dividends after moving house or changing banks
- You found old, uncashed dividend warrants
- You want to check whether any family investments have pending dividends
- You want to claim before your shares are moved to IEPF

Dividends from the last seven years can usually be claimed directly from the company. Older amounts will usually have been transferred to IEPF and must be claimed through the IEPF-5 process.
